Ozone Generation

Air Products supplies oxygen via multiple supply modes as a feed source for ozone generation and offers “over the fence” ozone supply to a customer process. As an onsite ozone supplier, Air Products will design, purchase, install, maintain, own and operate an ozone generation and supply system on a customer site. Air Products also offers the patented Halia® oxygen recycle system which reduces the cost for large ozone demands via oxygen recycle.

Oxygen

Oxygen is a colorless gas which constitutes approximately 21 percent of the volume of air. It can be stored and shipped as either a gas or a cryogenic liquid with a boiling point of -297.3°F (-183°C). Oxygen is used as a feed gas for ozone production via corona discharge. For ozone applications, we supply oxygen in gas or liquid form which we can either deliver to your site or produce on your site. The use of oxygen instead of air to produce ozone requires less power for the same ozone generated and can provide more concentrated ozone gas streams.
